Eight-Cavity Flower Popsicle Mold for a 600 × 400 mm Tray
Explore how AINIKA custom-engineered a production-ready silicone mold solution tailored to specific volume, material, and release requirements.
Customer Requirement
A frozen-dessert manufacturer wanted a detailed flower-shaped popsicle and provided a 600 × 400 mm production tray. Filling would be manual, so operator access and stick placement were more important than matching an automated nozzle system.
Technical Issue & Judgment
A single-row layout simplifies filling and demolding and makes the stick direction easier to manage. Four molds can be arranged on the tray with the sticks staggered between facing molds, preserving usable clearance around the silicone for placement and removal.
Actual Production Result
Example outcome: an eight-cavity single-row concept approximately 32–33 cm wide, allowing four molds and 32 popsicles per 600 × 400 mm tray.
Project Documentation & Process
An eight-cavity single-row popsicle mold example planned around a 600 × 400 mm tray, manual filling and efficient tray output.
