A Production-Ready Silicone Mold Development Partner
Since 2005, we have helped candle, soap, ice cream, chocolate, and bakery manufacturers turn product ideas into stable, repeatable production molds -- not just samples.
Company Background
From a 2005 Workshop to a 100-Person Manufacturing Team
AINIKA began as a small silicone products workshop in 2005. By 2008, we moved into continuous silicone goods production, gradually building the technical foundation that now supports our custom mold division.
Today, our factory and office team total around 100 people. We combine hands-on manufacturing experience with structured engineering processes -- which is why we describe ourselves as a B2B Custom Silicone Mold Development & Manufacturing Partner rather than just a mold supplier.
Our independent brand, ANKMOLD, focuses on serving production customers in North America, Europe, and Australia who need reliable molds for real production lines.

Today
ANKMOLD Brand
Serving production customers in North America, Europe, and Australia under the ANKMOLD brand.
What We Do
Not Just a Mold. A Production Solution.
We do not sell silicone molds as isolated products. We convert your product requirement into a mold that works reliably in your actual production environment.
Requirement Definition
We start with the product you need to make -- size, capacity, structure, cavity count, and your production method -- not with a generic mold catalog.
Technical Validation
We check draft angles, undercuts, wall thickness, support, and cavity layout before committing to a design -- so your mold fits your workflow, not the other way around.
Production-Ready Delivery
Every mold is built for repeated use, batch consistency, and easy integration into your filling, curing, freezing, and demolding process.
Team & Factory
Engineers, Mold Makers, and Production Staff Under One Roof
A mold project involves more than pouring silicone into a box. Our team spans the full development chain:
- Design & Engineering -- 3D modeling, structural review, and production feasibility.
- Master Model & Tooling -- Precision masters via 3D printing, CNC, or manual craft.
- Silicone Production -- Liquid casting and compression molding with vacuum and curing control.
- QC & Packaging -- Dimensional checks, surface inspection, and export-ready packing.

Manufacturing Resources
From Digital Model to Finished Mold
Our in-house capabilities cover the entire mold development chain -- no outsourcing of critical steps.
3D Printing
Rapid prototyping and complex geometry masters that would be difficult or slow to produce manually.
CNC Machining
High-precision masters and tooling for projects that require tight dimensional accuracy and consistent surfaces.
Master & Mold Making
Detailed master models and mold frames built by craftsmen who understand silicone behavior and demolding.
Silicone Production
Liquid casting, vacuum degassing, oven curing, compression molding, and post-curing for stable physical properties.
Liquid Silicone
Casting, vacuum, oven curing for detailed molds.
Solid / Compression
Mixing, molding, and post-curing for durable molds.
Large Format
Up to 1.5m × 1.2m, evaluated per project structure.
Export Packing
Secure packaging and international delivery coordination.

Quality & Compliance
Quality Is Designed, Not Just Inspected
We treat mold quality as a system with four interacting variables:
Design
Structure, parting lines, wall thickness, draft, undercuts, support, and logo details -- reviewed before production.
Master Model
Precision, surface finish, and dimensional stability of the master directly determine the mold's consistency.
Material
Hardness, tear strength, tensile, elongation, viscosity, shrinkage, and temperature resistance -- matched to your use case.
Process
Mixing ratio, vacuum degassing, pouring, curing, post-curing, trimming, and final inspection -- each step controlled.
Food Contact & Compliance
For food-industry customers, we typically work within an FDA framework. When you require LFGB, EU/BfR, China GB, or other specific standards, we evaluate the material and project scope individually -- because compliance is never a one-size-fits-all statement.
Long-Term Projects
Built for Repeat Orders, Not One-Off Samples
The most valuable projects are not the most complex ones. They are the ones that run consistently, batch after batch, and evolve into long-term partnerships.
Multi-SKU Brand Series
Supporting manufacturers who launch new product series every season, with consistent quality across multiple mold designs.
Production Workflow Fit
Designing molds around the customer's actual pouring, curing, freezing, and demolding workflow -- not just the product shape.
From Prototype to Mass Production
Guiding customers from initial concept and sample testing to full production quantities, with clear technical checkpoints along the way.
"We don't promise the lowest price. We promise a mold that works in your production line -- and a partner who stays with you through the next product launch."
